I ordered and got it delivered on time to my office in Tucson. Have baked two piglets and several pizzas in the oven and the product works great. I place the thermometer in the oven's door, close the oven door while heating and check it after 10 minutes.
The product works fine.

Don't buy this if you mainly want to toast bread and bagels. We bought this because we had a b&d toaster oven for 20 years and it worked beautifully. We have owned this one for less than 2 years and cannot get it to toast correctly - today it started a bagel on fire so we are done with it. Any thing else that we have cooked in the toaster oven has turned out nicely, but we mainly use it for toast and it almost always burns the toast. Frustrating.
